When we visit a Record Office on your behalf we will take notes of all sources researched
and order a copy of anything relevant we find in the Parish Records.
You will be informed of progress and results of the record office search by e-mail.
Any papers will be forwarded to you as soon as we receive them, this varies from
record office to record office, as does the cost of the copies from Parish Records.
You will be advised in advance of the cost likely to be incurred for certificates/parish
record entry's.
Obviously the more details you can provide us with and the more specific your enquiry
is the less time we will have to spend researching in the records office.
